My work is for anyone feeling called to explore what lies beneath the surface. If you're feeling that pull now, whatever brought you to these words, I'd love to explore that calling with you.
What is Nimai about?
Hi I’m Natasha and welcome to my practice on Orcas Island.
I’m a Personal Development and Breathwork Coach, guiding you back to the clarity, resilience, and self-trust that already live inside you. Through Jungian inspired Coaching and Conscious Connected Breathwork, we gently meet the unconscious mind and the wisdom of the body—creating space for transformation that feels natural and lasting.
Trained in the Netherlands and called home by Orcas Island’s grounded beauty, I offer a space where you are deeply seen, safely held, and supported to reclaim your own power. You don’t come here to be fixed—you come to remember who you are.

My Journey
From a young age, I was drawn to life's deeper questions—about what moves beneath the surface, about why we feel and act the way we do. As a sensitive child, I could often sense layers in people that they weren't yet aware of themselves. It's that sensitivity that both shaped the path that led me here and guides my work today.
My teens and early twenties held a sense of feeling lost and alone. I spent years not understanding myself, watching others seem to function easily while I struggled just to fit in. That led me to search deeply—trying therapy, bodywork, energy healing. And while some helped me cope, nothing truly reached the root. My body kept telling me I needed to listen more closely.
After finishing my law degree—a path that felt safe but not mine—I finally gave myself permission to follow what actually called to me. That's when I discovered Jungian Analytical Therapy. For the first time, something clicked. It wasn't about fixing what was broken, because nothing ever was. It was about creating space for what wanted to be seen. About letting the parts I'd pushed away to finally come home.
I dove deeply into the work of C.G. Jung and Conscious Connected Breathwork—two powerful approaches that became the foundation of my personal practice. Through them, I learned again and again: we are not broken. We have always been whole. Sometimes we just need someone to sit with us while we remember that truth.
And that's what I offer to you—presence. In sessions, I hold space with you, listening deeply as you reconnect with what's already within. When you feel truly met, transformation unfolds naturally—in a way that's real, deep, and lasting.
I named my practice Nimai—a Sanskrit word meaning "radiant with inner truth light." Because that's what this work is really about: helping you reconnect with your inner truth and remember the light that's always been there, waiting.
