I offer Conscious Connected Breathwork and Jungian-Inspired Coaching.
Conscious Collective Breathwork is an active, connected breathing practice done in a guided setting either 1:1 or in a group session to access deeper emotional layers, release stored tension, and enter non-ordinary states of awareness. It works directly with the body to bypass the thinking mind and surface material from the unconscious. In my approach, I weave in Jungian-inspired reflections to help integrate what arises.
Both Breathwork and Coaching are offered separately but also in tandem in our combined C&B programs for more lasting, effective outcomes.

I draw from Carl Jung’s ideas—particularly shadow work, archetypes, and working with the unconscious—to give meaning and context to the emotions, images, visions, or memories that surface during breathwork. Breathwork can rapidly bring hidden material into awareness; the Jungian lens helps you understand and integrate it rather than simply experience a cathartic release, supporting longer-term psychological and spiritual growth.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you feel relaxed in. You will be laying down, so be mindful about buttons, buckles, creases, belts or anything that might causes physical discomfort while laying for an extended period of time.
I highly recommend removing jewelry, or anything constricting like belts, or overly tight fitting clothing.

During a breathwork session, you'll lie down in a comfortable position. I'll gently guide you into the breathing technique, helping you find your rhythm. As you settle in, you can simply let yourself relax and follow the breath.

In drop-in sessions the studio can accommodate up to 8 people. It is a first come first serve basis, but please contact me ahead of time, if you’re interested.
Drop in sessions prices are 75$ or offered on a sliding scale.
Drop-in’s will be offered every other Monday. I will post a calendar when drop in sessions begin so you can stay up-to-date. Please also sign up for email updates to stay informed!
